Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is accessible by telephone 24 / 7 at 1-800-260-0808. This is a program that provides contracted employer groups an EAP benefit as part of its employee benefit package. This program allows eligible employees a confidential counseling and assessment of any behavioral health concern without accessing the employees' insurance benefit. There are no co-pays and the number of sessions is based on the benefit design chosen by the employer. First time appointments are scheduled directly through the Seaside office at 1-800-260-0808.

Payment for Services at Seaside

Services at Seaside are funded fully by third party payers (health insurance companies) and the AtlantiCare Behavioral Health EAP. Seaside operates on a contract with AmeriHealth and relies on the co-payments for the remainder of its funding. Seaside directs all individuals without insurance or with Medicaid / Medicare to the access center for services at the other outpatient sites.

Level Of Care

Seaside provides one level of outpatient care. Individuals who are assessed to need intensive outpatient services and drug and alcohol services are referred to internal and external resources. EAP provides assessment/referral and psycho-educational interactions.
