Membership

The LifeCenter’s membership plans are almost as diverse as the community we serve. Choose the plan that works best for you and your family. In addition to membership dues, all new members pay a one-time Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment fee of $150.

Single Membership ...... $59 per month

Couple Membership ...... $104 per month

Family Membership (family of three) ...... $139 per month

Family Membership (family of four) ...... $174 per month

Student Membership: One, two and three month memberships are available.

Age Restrictions
AtlantiCare requires a minimum age of 18 years for an individual membership. The LifeCenter allows family memberships to include members ages 16 years and older. A parent or guardian must accompany members under the age of 18 at all times in the LifeCenter.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership without penalty within three business days after your initial contract signing. All membership cancellations after this period will require 30-day advance written notice.
